- Schedule planning: milestones & deliverables
- Communication plan: Status updates, submittal reviews & aakar deliverables.
- Secure folder and login on Aakar FTP for file exchange.

PROJECT EXECUTION

Aakar goal - quality documents, as if produced in your own office.
Multiple submittals for review, which lead to early detection and scope for improvement.
Changes via: Redlined hard copies, scanned PDF's, meetings to discuss as required.
Improvements in standards adherence through iterative reviews.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Final submittal of all documents.
